Returns Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with both our Services and Products. If, within the initial thirty (30) days of receipt, you find any reason for dissatisfaction, we pledge to rectify the situation:
Refunds are contingent upon the actual amount paid, exclusive of any promotional or discount values.
In cases of confirmed damage or defects upon receipt, we will, at our discretion, either furnish a prepaid return shipping label, reimburse your return shipping costs, or advise the disposal of the damaged or defective product. For other cases, return shipping expenses are your responsibility. Shipping and handling charges may be applicable, especially for Services and Products offered on a free or promotional basis.
